Introducing Tiered Accounts for Pandascrow Digital Banking

What's New?

With this update, you can now open an account using your National Identification Number (NIN) without requiring a Bank Verification Number (BVN). This change is designed to make digital banking more accessible for everyone.

Account Tiers & Limits

Our new system introduces three distinct account tiers, each with specific transaction limits and balance caps:

Tier 1 Account

Assigned to all first-time users.
Daily transaction limit: 50,000 NGN
Maximum wallet balance: 300,000 NGN

Tier 2 Account

Daily deposit limit: 200,000 NGN
Maximum wallet balance: 500,000 NGN

Tier 3 Account

Daily transaction limit: 5,000,000 NGN
Unlimited wallet balance

How to Upgrade Your Account

To upgrade your account to a higher tier, follow these simple steps:

Send a request to support@pandascrow.io from the email linked to your Pandascrow account.
Once we receive your request, you will be asked to provide the necessary documents.
Our team will verify your credentials within 48 hours.
If approved, you will receive an upgrade confirmation. If more information is needed, we will guide you through the next steps.
